SHIPIN EXPERIENCES

Rooms,
engineered.

Private events that get your founders out of the building, and the Founder House — a multi-day retreat where they actually build. Same crew, same standard, run end to end.

Experience 01 · Pilot

Private events, engineered.

A new format, built on old muscle. I've run 3 hackathons and a program: 180+ builders, 400+ applicants, 65+ working products. This is that same operating standard pointed at a smaller, invite-only room, for teams who want their founders talking to the right 15 people instead of the wrong 150.

I'm taking a small number of clients for the first run. You get the format designed around your ICP, co-hosted, end to end.

Why it works

Distribution by room, not by funnel.

The new generation of founders does not buy attention. They build the right room, fill it with signal, and let the work travel. A private event is not a party. It is a product launch, a hiring channel, and a trust engine in one night.

01

Trust moves faster than ads.

One honest conversation in a small room beats a thousand cold impressions. People buy from people they have met.

02

Building is social.

Founders ship faster when they are surrounded by others who are shipping. Momentum is contagious.

03

The format is the filter.

Invite-only rooms attract the builders, operators, and customers you actually want. No badge collectors.

04

One room becomes many loops.

A good event keeps producing introductions, feedback, and momentum long after the last drink.

05

The founder is the marketer.

In a world of AI-generated noise, the founder who shows up in person becomes the distribution channel.

06

Ship in public, in private.

Public builds awareness. Private builds depth. The best founders do both, and the room is where the real work happens.

Formats

Formats I'd build with you.

  • Start the day with ambitious people. One big question, good food, and real conversations about what you are building.

  • Move, talk, and build relationships without forced networking. Open the circle to builders who fit your scene.

  • A founder talks about their product in a pub. Casual, honest, and the audience asks real questions. Great practice for pitching anywhere.

  • Invite people in, receive feedback, and bring ambitious builders together over pizza. I handle the stuff. You just show up and talk shop.

Experience 02 · By invitation

A table for people
who actually build.

Days of deep work, long dinners, and the kind of feedback you only get in the room. Come build with me in person, or have me run the whole thing for your team.

Founder House

2-3 DAYS · 2027 · DATES TBC · GLOBAL

An in-person builder retreat at a villa for founders. You come with something you're building, you leave with it further along. Days of hands-on work, direct feedback from operators and peers, and evenings that turn into the connections you keep. No panels, no fluff, no badge collecting.

The table

Ada cooks

This is not catering. Ada is in the kitchen and at the table, cooking for the people in the room the way she cooks for her own circle. She ran a wellness community before Shipin, so the table is generous, seasonal, and made to keep you alert past midnight — no health lectures, no labels. Just her uydurmations: long breakfasts, endless mezes, and plates that disappear without anyone checking their phone.

  • Ada at the table
  • Slow breakfasts
  • Mezes, tapas & more
  • Uydurmations
  • Mostly improvised
